Product introduction：The probe of Tube-11 vibrating rod level switch is designed with double vibration tubes. It has very high reliability and sensitivity. It has larger redundancy for material buildup to avoid false alarms. The measurable medium density can be as low as 0.02g/cm³.It is suitable for level measurement of most granular solids. It is made of 316L stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance. It is designed with high temperature resistance which can tolerate high process temperature up to 250℃. It is certified for both intrinsic safety and flameproof enclosure explosion protection certifications. The ingress protection level reaches to IP66/IP67. Jiwei holds multiple patents on this product. Its high reliability is comparable to imported brand name products. It has leading performance in the field.

Performance in application: Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. tried many kinds of fork level switch product for level measurement of granular activated carbon before. But false alarms due to material buildup often happened because most of domestic fork level switch products has short fork body and narrow space between the fork bodies and the density of activated carbon is quite small, usually 0.38～0.65.

The company kept looking for a more reliable better level switch in many ways in order to solve the problem that has plagued the enterprise for many years. But it was not satisfactory until the company purchased a small batch of Jiwei vibrating rod level switches for trial in April 2017.
