Tesla Prefers Jiwei Liquid Level Switches

Recently, Tesla has ordered 5 pieces of Jiwei Ring-11 Flame-proof Liquid Level Switches to measure and control the storage tanks. So far, Tesla has cumulative ordered dozens of Jiwei Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches.

In fact, Tesla has made first order with Jiwei since three years ago. The reliable level measurement and excellent quality of Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches have convinced the client, as well as promoting the repeatedly order.

Jiwei Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch is a highly reliable instrument for liquid level detection and control. The fork length is only 40mm which makes Ring-11 applicable not only for vessels, process tanks and storage tanks, but also particularly for pipelines or other applications with constricted space.

Ring-11 liquid level switch is excellent in level measurement for acids like HCL, H₂SO₄, H₂SO₃, and alkali liquids, syrup, medical liquids, industrial wastewater, etc. And particularly, it is suitable for pressured liquefied gas, LNG and applications under complicated working conditions where measured liquid is easy to foaming, bubbling or with high viscosity and under vibration disturbance environment etc. Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch has passed SIL2 / 3 Functional Safety Assessment, as well as certified for both Intrinsic Safety and Flameproof Enclosure explosion protection. Currently, Jiwei has been granted an invention patent (ZL201510735568.2) on Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch.
